2.1 Dimensions of preset plywood Four 14 holes are processed on the plywood, and the hole positions are evenly distributed among 240 mm diameters. Plywood thickness 12 mm, and the material is No.45 Steel. Plywood external diameter 360 mm, and may also be processed into square dimension 360 mm.

2.2 Ceiling plywood-type

A pice of plywood is placed respetively at the top and bottom of the ceiling and it should be fixed with M12 bolt, nut, spring gasket and flat gasket. M12 bolt, with screw thread should be longer 60 mm than the plywood.

2.3 Ceiling pre-embedding

When construction is being performed on the ceiling, four ring bolts (M12) should be embedded into the ceiling, and ring bolts must be jointed with the steel bar. Position and dimension of ring bolts should be decided according to the requirements in Figure 1. M12 bolt (with screw thread) should be longer 60 mm than the plywood.

2.4 Beam joining mode

The plywood should be jointed with the angle iron, and the holes should be drilled in the beam and then M16 bolts and nuts should be fixed in the beam. Four M12 60 bolts should be jointed on the plywood, and their dimensions should be processed according to the requirements in Table 2.1

2.5 Installation modes of channel steel. Two pieces of channel steel will be installed on the wall, and plywood will be fixed with M12 bolt. M12 bolt (with screw thread) should be longer 60 mm than the plywood. Notice: The installation of channel steel must ensure taht shadowless operation lamp won't shake when it is used.

2.6 Basic currency

Soleplate's dimension of the company is identical with other domestic companies. If the uer replaces the product, foundation board needn't be altered. For safety, the user should carefully check the instensity and status of original foundation board. If the dimension of existing foundation board doens't conform to the dimension required by the company, the company may customize communicating board for the users

2.7 Solutions of super-high operating room

If the height of operating room is more than 3.2 meter, height-extending shelf must be installed on the plywood, and the users may order the shelf in the company.

2.8 Power cabling requirements

Power requirement for shadowless operation lamp is AC 220V, 10, 50Hz. The users may install power switch 10A and fuse 6.3A on the metope of operating room, and the power switch must cut off phase line and neutral line of the power simultaneously. Cabling position of pwer supply cords should be from power switch to foundation board. Secure capacity of power supply cords is 15A. WARNING: grounding cords of the power part must be reliable. Independent safety grounding cords must be connected, and be joined with protection grounding port of shadowless operation lamp.

3.1 Installing the soleplate

Screw four M12 into the foundation soleplate; embed four holes of installation soleplate into 4 pieces of screw plat gasket, spring gasket and nuts. Adjust bottom nuts so as to make installation soleplate keep horizontal. Scre tight the above 4 nuts.

3.2 Installing the revolver

Screw four M12 nuts into the installation soleplate; embed four holes of revolver chassis into 4 pieces of screw of foundation soleplate, and then screw plat gasket, spring gasket and nuts. Adjust bottom nuts so as to make the revolver's chassis keep horizontal, and screw tight nuts.

3.3 Installing the balancer 1

Connect electrical wires of bending pipes with electrical wires of balancer firmly via connection pole. Notice: Electrical wires must be connected with the colors aligned and the connection must be reliable.

3.4 Installing Balancer 2

Dismantle 4 bolts of the balancer, push the balancer into the axis hole of the revoler, and screw 4 bolts into the screw.

3.5 Installing the lamp body

Connect to the electrical wires of lamp bending pipes and balancer with the connection pole according to the color, cross connection pipes of lamp bending pipes into the balancer. fix the connection with 4 bolts. Notice: Electrical wires must be connected with the colors aligned and the connection must be reliable.

3.6 Installing light source parts 1

Take out the bulbs of accessories bag, and insert them into the lamp holder. Examine whether electrical connection is reliable. Press down handle button of disinfection handle, and take down disinfection handle.

3.7 Installing light source parts 2

Aligne orientation nail of light source part with the flute of lamp head plastic gasket, and push into the loght source part upwards.

3.8 Installing light source parts 3

Screw tight three connection bolts of light source part with screw arbor.

3.9 Installing light source parts 4

Align the flute of disinfection handle with handle button, and push into the handle axis of light source part. When hearing a cracking sound, disinfection handle has been oriented.

3.10 Disassembly of balancer's orientation nail after the lamp body has been properly installed, open the plastic covers on both sides of the balancer, and dismantle one bolt and right-angle orientation nail at the bottom of the balancer. Fold the plastic covers. Warning: Disassembly of orientation nail must be performed after the lamp body is installed and without load in the balancer. Strong compression strength will make the balancer sring up rapidly. and therefore cause the damage of balancer parts.

3.11 Installing the top cover

Connect electrical board of the revolver with network power firmly according to the wiring diagram, and connect protection grounding wires. Loose the bolts on top cover's fixing gasket, place the top cover on the revolver, and then join the top cover with 6 bolts. Fold the top cover's fixing gasket into the top cover's holes. Push up the top cover revolver's chassis or ceilling. Screw tight inner hexagon bolt of top cover fixing gasket

1. Horizontal asjustment

Rectify horizontal state of the revolver with the gradienter. If there is no gradienter, loosen the revolver's damper, and spread fully the lamp to the biggest dimension. Screw up the soleplates's nuts with the lamp in inclining direction until each running part of the lamp has basically been stooped.

2. Damp adjustment

After horizontal adjustment, screw tight the damper until appropriate degree. Make the lamp orient in any position, the lamp won't move automatically without outside force.

3. Balancer adjustment

Open the plastic cover in the dront of the balancer, and pull the lamp head so as to make adjustment nuts of the balancer. Insert the adjustment pole into the adjustment nuts, and adjust the balancer's pull until appropriate degree. Close the plastic cover. Notice: The balancer's pull has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and therfore genarally the users don't need to make any adjustment.

4. Lamp body rotating adjustment

Rotate rubber gasket of lamp body round pipe,a nd adjust inner hexagon bolt with inner hexagon wrench until appropriate rotating force. Notice: The lamp body's rotating pull has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and therefore generally the users don't need to make any adjustment.
